Lodging in the Manor

A block of rooms in Harlaxton Manor have been reserved for conference attendees. These are dormitory-style rooms within the historic English manor house. Attendees may check-in Thursday, June 28, after 9:00 am, and depart on Saturday evening, June 30. Arrangements may be made in advance to depart on Sunday morning, July 1.

Single, double, and triple rooms will be available with shared bathroom facilities. Meals are included in the price of all rooms at Harlaxton Manor. Attendees staying in the manor will have 24-hour access to the library, Wi-Fi, lounges, free laundry, and other facilities.

Costs and Payment

The price per person for lodging and three meals per day at Harlaxton Manor is $87. A second and third person in the same room is $35 per person. Single, double and triple rooms with shared bathroom facilities. A reduced rate is available for guests under age 12 staying in the same room as conference delegates. Rooms can be reserved now with a credit card on the conference registration page. A one-night deposit is required for each person. The balance may be paid online or may may be paid in British pounds or by credit card at Harlaxton.

Nearby Hotels and Bed and Breakfast:

Several hotels in Grantham will be used by conference attendees and daily shuttle service will be provided between the conference and the local hotels. Harlaxton College is approximately three miles from Grantham and taxis are readily available if you choose lodging at a local bed and breakfast.
